Delivery: Media packages are sent digitally to your e-mail address via DropBox, we aim to have your selected package delivered to you within 20 working days or sooner from when the competition ends. 

Premium Delivery: Guaranteed 14 working days or sooner delivery from when the competition ends. If not completed within said timeframe you'll receive a refund of your delivery upgrade.
